ENACTUS
During my undergraduate years, I founded and led a university-based entrepreneurial organization affiliated with Enactus (formerly, SIFE - Students In Free Enterprise), scaling a small student group into a nationally competitive, multi-project operating team with a recognizable brand.

I spent five years,
-
Building the organization from inception into an officially recognized university entity, recruiting and managing 80+ members with cross-functional expertise
-
Leading fundraising, partnerships, training, public relations, and government engagement, and raised approximately $200,000 annually in sponsor funding
-
Designing and executed 28 projects aligned with Enactus evaluation criteria, developing competitive strategy and delivery models
-
Achieving consistent top-tier performance: 2× National Champion, with representation at Enactus World Cup competitions in Washington, D.C. (2012) and Cancún (2013)
-
Securing 3 gold, 3 silver, and 2 bronze awards across national and international competitions, judged by senior business leaders
This experience shaped my operating approach early: building teams from zero, working under capital and resource constraints, aligning diverse stakeholders, and delivering outcomes under external scrutiny.
Active Years:
World Cups: Los Angeles, CA (2010) · Kuala Lumpur (2011) · Washington D.C. (2012) · Cancun (2013)
Alum member:

SELECTED CASE STUDIES
Foodness

Making sustainable farming economically viable.
Built and led an entrepreneurial initiative to modernize grain farming in the Novosibirsk region by introducing eco-friendly production technologies paired with guaranteed market access through grain processors. The model enabled 100% clean production without fertilizers while restoring the economic viability of family farms. As a result, average annual profit for participating farmers increased from $16,000 to $128,000, cultivated land expanded from 494 to 1,976 acres, and 30 new rural jobs were created with average income growth of 210%. The initiative also launched an online platform to promote organic food consumption and supported the production of 132,300 lbs of whole-wheat flour per month through a processing partnership.

Breaking Barriers

Turning untapped talent into an employable workforce.
Designed and implemented a structured employment model for people with disabilities in a region where only 1.6% were employed despite a strong willingness to work. The program combined skills training, employer education on legal and tax frameworks, and a purpose-built job-matching platform, with hands-on support through interviews and post-placement follow-up. Within seven months, 15 long-term unemployed participants secured jobs, 40 individuals entered training for high-demand roles, and 235 people were trained in structured job-search methods. Average annual income per employed participant increased by more than 4×, with former participants advancing to platform moderator roles.

Accessible Environment

Technology-enabled access to employment and services for people with hearing challenges.
Launched and led a cross-platform telecommunications initiative to reduce employment and communication barriers for people with hearing impairments by enabling real-time sign-language translation through audio-visual technology. The solution connected users to a centralized online interpretation center and was deployed across tablets, smartphones, and PCs (Windows, iOS, Android). The project reached approximately 110 hard-of-hearing individuals, helped 36 people secure jobs, established five fixed access points in state and municipal offices, and received $15,870 in investments. The platform improved efficiency for both users and professional interpreters, reduced coordination time, and secured a strategic partnership with one of Russia’s largest mobile operators, validating both the technical and commercial viability of the model.
