Co-developed the BJCC’s first Climate, Resilience, and Sustainability Plan, aligning with ESG, CDP, and TCFD frameworks, including KPIs and environmental metrics for GHG emissions, energy, water, and waste
Led energy audit of a 55,000 sq. ft. commercial building (under ASHRAE 211) – proposed energy efficiency measures projected to save 355,000 kWh and over $100k annually, included payback analysis and incentives
